I highly recommend David Kraft as a realtor.  David is pleasant and patient.   He cheerfully switched gears each time a changed the location or the prerequisites for our new home.  On moving day, we had the use of his moving truck as well as an offer to personally assist.   David is also thorough and professional.  At closing, he got us a $100.00 refund for something we had overlooked.  And his service continues long after the sale.  At tax time, David sent us a copy of the closing statement for use with our 1040 tax return!
