I was sitting in my office one day when my assistant, Kim Daugherty, came in and said… “You are going to be in D Magazine!” She pulled out a piece of mail and showed it to me. At first, I thought it was just junk mail, and then I realized it was true. Here we are running our own little business, trying to help people and honor God in the process and someone out there noticed.

It is with great excitement and sincere gratitude that we write to you, our clients and our friends, to thank you for nominating us for D Magazine’s “Best Realtors is Dallas” award!  Out of 25,000 agents in the Dallas area, 266 were chosen for this award (about 1%) and we made it. We would like to personally thank all of you who took the time to share your thoughts and personal experiences

David made the list last year (2005) and we were honored. This year (2006), we both are on the list separately. So, in the top 1% of all DFW Realtors, we hold two of the spots. WOW...THANK YOU!.

We also wanted to thank the many of you who have sent friends or family to us this year to handle their Real Estate needs. Because of you, we have sold houses this year in Dallas, Oak Lawn, Sachse, Plano, McKinney, Farmers Branch, Allen, Fairview, Frisco, Garland, Melissa and Carrollton. It has been another exciting year and we owe it to you.

Thank you for trusting us with your Real Estate needs and the needs of your friends and family. We do not take this lightly. I heard a good quote that I think is true (I wish I would have made it up)… “A referral is sending someone you love to someone you trust.” Thanks for trusting us.
